Two men anchor the heritage. Thomas Muster won Roland Garros in 1995 and climbed to world No. 1 the following February, the clay-court force behind 44 tour titles. Dominic Thiem took the 2020 US Open and reached three further finals, the 2020 Australian Open and Roland Garros in 2018 and 2019, peaking at world No. 3. Jurgen Melzer added a 2010 Roland Garros semi-final to a 5-title career.
